Kelly began her career in commercial real estate 25 years ago in architecture and design. Her passion for great design and ability to build relationships helped her grow to a Principal at Ware Malcomb. Kelly continues her career at Deacon Construction in business development to build great spaces and develop client relationships in the retail, industrial, office and healthcare markets. She is an active member of CREW and has been involved in both the Silicon Valley and East Bay Chapters for over a decade. She is currently serving as President, Chapter Champion and Delegate for CREW East Bay.
