Mentoring Program

OVERVIEW:

CREW East Bay is proud to offer our fifth annual Mentorship Program for 2026! Our mentorship program provides the exclusive opportunity for mentors and mentees to create a community of long-lasting relationships in a safe and challenging environment focused on professional development, leadership training and social engagements.

The program will be limited to five (5) pairs of mentors and mentees and registration will open December 1, 2025. If you would like to be a mentee and sign up before January 3rd, you will receive $50.00 off your registration fees!

  • Early Registration: December 9 to January 3, 2026 - $200.00

  • Registration from January 4 to January 16, 2026 - $250.00

The application deadline is Friday, January 16th, so be sure to complete your application online early!

Next year’s program will have monthly workshops February through May with a Book Club and program completion celebration after the summer. Please plan to dedicate at least 5-6 hours per month of active participation to the program and attend all monthly workshops. Please see the important dates below for additional details.

Note: Certification of program completion requires participation in at least 80% of all planned events.

Workshops:

Workshops will be held once a month in person starting in February (location TBD). Along with the workshops, we will be reading (1) book on professional development.

Eligibility:

This program is open to all commercial real estate professionals, from experienced to those just starting in their careers.

• Mentors are required to be a member of CREW East Bay and can participate at no extra charge.

• Mentees are not required to be a member of CREW East Bay to apply and participate.*

• *Mentees - if you apply to become a CREW East Bay member once you have signed up and paid for the program, your application fee may be applied towards your membership dues for that same year.

Expand – Networking, staying ahead of industry trends, and growing professional influence.

• June 2026 – Fun outing and distribution of books for the Book Club.

• July 2026 – Program break.

• August 11, 2026 | 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

• September 2026 – Program Completion Celebration.

• December 2026 – Mentors and mentees will be recognized at the Holiday Party.
